When it comes to smart phones, deleting isn’t always deleting. 

              We tweet, we text, we snap, we email, and we send photos. Our smart phones are powerful computing devices. You need to be aware that a forensic analysis of your phone can collect stored data and deleted data. Let’s say that again so that it sinks in. A forensic analysis of your phone can retrieve data that you think has been deleted. This includes texts. This includes photos. This includes email. Even snaps. When it comes to phones, deleting isn’t always deleting. You need to consider this strongly before sending those texts, taking those photos, or making that snap. Law enforcement and hackers may be able to retrieve things you think don’t exist on your smart phone.
